Purifas was established by a highly experienced and respected Australian physiotherapist, Ibrahim Samaan, who served for many years across public and private practice. During his time in clinics he would often see over 15 patients a day, noticing issues that he felt demanded innovative solutions.
After five years devoted to problem solving, followed by product design, in 2019 his first two solutions finally went to market — FaceShield and FacePad.
